A traditional approach serving as the prime contractor
with responsibility for the entire construction project.
Our duties may include, but are not limited to, managing
subcontractors, safety requirements, engineering services
and manpower availability including trade labor from
our own resources.
Construction
Management Planning,
design and construction phases are integral tasks within
the construction system. On a project-by-project basis,
a team is assembled, consisting of the owners' representative,
the construction manager and the architect/engineer.
Members of the team work together from the inception
of the project to its completion with a common goal
of serving the owners interest.
Design/Build
As
the designer and builder, we will work
with
the owner to develop the project scope
and
design, select the appropriate architectural
firm, select qualified sub-contractors, and then manage
all aspects of the project from pre-construction through
actual construction.
Negotiated
Contract We
will work closely with the owner and their designer
to provide pre-construction services. Once the design
specifications are identified, we will build the project
for a guaranteed price.
